We aim to revitalise the common parts of the house to retain its original concept and, at the same time, meet the current requirements for modern living. Therefore, the resulting project will easily blend the functionalistic architecture with modern features, such as a glass elevator or security entrance doors. The renovation has entailed the entrance of the building, a new central heating boiler room, as well as the façade restoration to reflect the original design from the time of its construction.
All apartments have been furnished to a high standard, including solid wood double-layered floors, Hansgrohe sanitary fittings, Vitra bathroom ceramics, large-format tiles in natural stone decor, non-rebated interior doors and security entrance doors.
The units face both the street and a quiet courtyard. Most of the apartments feature a balcony or terrace; you can even purchase a cellar in the building.
